Wobot Intelligence is seeking a skilled Golang Developer to join their team in Delhi, India. This role focuses on building and maintaining the core infrastructure that powers the platform's real-time communication and distributed connectivity layers, ensuring reliable service and client communication at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop high-performance backend services for connection management and data transfer.
• Manage real-time systems using WebSockets for long-lived client connections.
• Design and implement end-to-end logic for client lifecycles, including registration, authentication, heartbeats, and graceful teardowns.
• Ship fault-tolerant code incorporating production-grade patterns like circuit breakers, retry logic, and graceful shutdowns.
• Optimize services for high concurrency, focusing on memory footprint, connection pooling, and resource allocation.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for core infrastructure, supporting internal teams for seamless integration.
• Actively participate in product feedback loops to identify and propose technical improvements for faster development cycles.
• Instrument services with metrics, logging, and tracing for enhanced observability and debugging.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Product teams on API contracts and microservice deployment strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 1-2+ years of professional experience in building backend services or infrastructure with Golang.
• Deep understanding of goroutines, channels, and sync primitives, with a focus on safe concurrent programming.
• Experience with WebSockets or TCP/IP (gRPC experience is a plus) and understanding the challenges of persistent connections.
• A strong mindset for modular design, clear boundaries, and writing highly testable, maintainable code.
• Proven ability to debug live systems by tracing issues across distributed logs and metrics.
