Golang Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Golang Architect with over a decade of software development experience and at least five years specialized in Go. You will define the technical vision for our microservices ecosystem, designing resilient backend systems on major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Key Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, high-performance distributed systems using Golang.
• Lead cross-functional teams in implementing event-driven architectures and API ecosystems via RESTful APIs, gRPC, or GraphQL.
• Establish engineering standards for code quality, security observability, and fault tolerance.
• Mentor development teams through architecture reviews and drive performance optimization initiatives.
• Spearhead CI/CD pipeline strategies using Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps best practices.

Tech Stack & Requirements

Proficiency in Golang concurrency patterns (Goroutines, Channels), SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis), messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and container orchestration is essential. A deep understanding of cloud-native principles and system security protocols is required.

Compensation

Annual Salary: ₹25,00,000 to ₹40,00,000 (INR) for a Full-time role based in Noida.
