Global SOC Operator

Join Pinkerton, an industry leader with over 170 years of global impact, as a Global SOC Operator in Bengaluru. As a critical member of our Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents worldwide. This role is vital for maintaining global situational awareness, coordinating cross-regional responses, and supporting strategic decision-making. You'll represent Pinkerton's commitment to integrity, vigilance, and excellence while monitoring global threat intelligence feeds and incident alerts. Provide real-time situational awareness to executive leadership, collaborate with regional desks to ensure unified response protocols, and escalate critical incidents. You will maintain global incident logs and reporting dashboards, support crisis management and business continuity efforts, and collaborate with internal and external partners globally. Key responsibilities include Incident Response & Management, Communication & Coordination, Travel & Event Support, and Data Analysis & Reporting. We seek candidates with a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in security operations or intelligence analysis, a strong understanding of global geopolitical and threat landscapes, excellent communication and coordination skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
