Full Job Description

As **Global Partnerships Director (BIN Sponsorship, Financial Services & On/Off-Ramp BD)**, you will lead the front-office strategy for payment and card issuance solutions in the Web3 space. Your role involves securing BIN sponsorships, onboarding on/off-ramp partners, and collaborating with issuer approvals (Visa, Mastercard, and local schemes) to enable global Web3 clients to launch card programs. Key responsibilities include:
  • Identifying, engaging, and onboarding BIN sponsor banks, on/off-ramp partners, and issuer partners (Visa, Mastercard, local schemes) with a focus on global markets (Europe, LATAM, APAC).
  • Managing the full pre-issuance lifecycle: compliance, due diligence, card program design, technical onboarding, and go-live approvals.
  • Collaborating with Web3 clients (crypto exchanges, wallets, protocols) to tailor issuing solutions.
  • Acting as the project lead between internal teams (compliance, legal, product, engineering) and external stakeholders (banks, Visa, Mastercard).
  • Monitoring regulatory updates in payments and card issuance to ensure global compliance.
  • Preparing and submitting documentation for BIN requests, certifications, and risk/scheme reviews.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years in Banking, fintech partnerships, or payments infrastructure.
  • Direct experience with BIN sponsors, on/off-ramp providers, or card schemes (Visa/Mastercard).
  • Strong KYC, AML, and compliance expertise for issuing programs.
  • Deep familiarity with the Web3/crypto ecosystem and crypto-native clients.
  • Exceptional project management and cross-functional coordination.
  • Bonus: Experience in global issuing markets (Europe, LATAM) or multilingual skills.
