Global IT Software Engineer Manager

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking an experienced IT Software Engineer Manager to lead development on INFOex, our critical case team data management platform. This role combines deep full-stack engineering with Microsoft Power Platform expertise.

What You'll Do

You will act as a core developer on INFOex, BCG's custom-built case team data management platform. This is a hands-on development role focused on writing clean, modular, reusable code for both .NET services and React frontends.

• Designing and developing features from inception to production for the Digital Collaboration portfolio.
• Maintaining full-stack applications including Azure SQL, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Graph API integrations (SharePoint Online, Teams).
• Leveraging Microsoft Purview capabilities such as sensitivity labelling and retention policies to ensure data compliance by design.
• Managing CI/CD pipelines, quality gates, secrets handling via Azure Key Vault, and production releases in an Agile environment.
• Mentoring junior engineers and guiding technical decisions within the squad.
