Full Job Description
McCormick seeks a passionate Global HR Data Analyst II to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon, India. This role is pivotal in managing and enhancing HR data processes globally, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality across our HR systems. You will collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to support data reporting, organizational management initiatives, and contribute to process improvements, driving meaningful insights and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities include collaborating on HR data reporting and organizational management, ensuring data accuracy and consistency in global HR systems, and contributing to HR data initiatives like data uploads and reconciliation. You will also support compliance with internal and external standards, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness, and participate in projects to deliver high-quality data solutions. Providing insights and recommendations to enhance data processes and service delivery is also a key aspect of this role.
Ideal candidates will possess experience in HR data management and reporting, with exposure to global HR systems like SuccessFactors Employee Central or SAP HCM being advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and data validation tools are highly desirable. A solid understanding of HR processes and data governance, coupled with a commitment to learning and growing in organizational management, is essential. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, a customer-focused mindset, and fluency in English are required. Additional language skills are a plus.
