About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced AI Full-Stack Developer to build and maintain Geonix's internal business applications. You will leverage emerging development platforms like Emergent, Cursor, Replit, Lovable, or Bolt alongside conventional technologies such as React, Node.js, Python, and Zoho.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain applications using AI-driven tools and standard programming practices.
  • Translate complex business requirements into efficient software workflows.
  • Integrate critical systems (Zoho CRM/HRMS) via REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth.
  • Develop custom frontend interfaces and robust backend components.
  • Manage database security, user roles, authentication, and access controls.
  • Ensure application reliability through rigorous testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for workflows and integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective technological solutions.
    Required Skills:

    3–5 years of full-stack development experience. Proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Python. Strong grasp of REST APIs and database management. Practical hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (Emergent, Cursor, etc.). Excellent problem-solving abilities.


    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Familiarity with Zoho ecosystem integrations.
    • Knowledge of workflow automation principles.
    • Experience deploying secure applications in cloud environments.
    • Ability to effectively review and customize AI-generated code.
