Responsibilities

• Leverage your expertise as a Java developer to design, implement, test, and maintain products built on the Genesis Framework.
• Embrace new working methodologies to foster agility and drive innovation.
• Collaborate effectively throughout the entire software development lifecycle, working closely with product owners, UI/UX developers, and core engineers in an iterative manner.
• Develop a deep understanding of the business domain, services, and client requirements.
• Establish project milestones, track progress diligently, and ensure timely delivery against demanding deadlines.
• Contribute significantly to project success by delivering high-quality software releases on schedule, meeting all specified capabilities.

Skills Required

Must-Haves

• Demonstrated experience within the Banking domain.
• A passion for continuous learning with at least 6 years of Java development experience, actively seeking to broaden your knowledge base. Proficiency in both front-end and/or back-end Java development is essential.
• Possess strong collaboration and influencing skills, proactively identifying and discussing improvements while effectively bringing colleagues along.
• Experience with NoSQL database systems (e.g., MongoDB, Aerospike) and relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL).

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with the Genesis Low Code Platform.
• Competency in at least two of the following technologies: Groovy, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, Vue, React, CSS/SaSS, or WPF.
