Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Generative AI Software Engineer to evaluate, prototype, and scale emerging AI technologies across the firm. This role sits at the intersection of AI engineering, innovation, and enterprise adoption, partnering with startups, vendors, and internal stakeholders to develop cutting-edge capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build LLM-powered AI agents that automate end-to-end workflows
- Build rapid proofs of concept (PoCs), prototypes, and production-ready solutions to validate emerging technologies
- Develop scalable APIs, microservices, and backend services integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications
- Create high-quality products with user experience at the center
- Contribute to core AI Strategy platforms including architecture, performance, and reliability optimization
- Maintain strong engineering discipline focusing on clean architecture, testing, documentation, and code quality
Required Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with 7+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise-grade applications.
- Full-Stack Development: Fluency in at least two programming languages, preferably Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, to own end-to-end features across backend services and user-facing interfaces.
- Ai Engineering Proficiency: Strong expertise with Python frameworks including FastAPI, Flask, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, LangChain, and LangGraph for building Generative AI applications using proprietary or open-weight LLMs.
- RAG & Agent Orchestration: Deep understanding of RAG architectures, prompt engineering, agent orchestration, model evaluation, and application design patterns.
- Cloud-Native Expertise: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift for deploying scalable microservices in containerized environments.
- Data & Persistence: Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL), NoSQL platforms (MongoDB), cloud data warehousing (Snowflake), including vector stores and knowledge bases design.
