Generative AI Research Engineer

We are seeking a Generative AI Research Engineer with 2+ years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, and a strong understanding of AI/ML research and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct AI/ML research and development, focusing on Generative AI technologies like LLMs and SLMs.
• Develop and implement advanced AI models, including deep learning, computer vision, or natural language processing.
• Utilize Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Gain hands-on experience with performance testing of open-source SLMs (e.g., Phi-3).
• Apply generative AI techniques and fine-tuning methods to enhance model performance.
• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures for sophisticated AI applications.
• Work with multimodal models, foundation models, and explore various fine-tuning techniques.
• Demonstrate knowledge of transformer architectures.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, leveraging strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS) for AI/ML workloads is essential.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
