Generative AI Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Generative AI Engineer to join our innovative team based in Gurugram. As a key member of the engineering squad, you will design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art generative models (including GANs, VAEs) to solve complex problems across domains like NLP, image synthesis, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead research and development of deep learning architectures for high-quality content generation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists and domain experts to preprocess data and optimize model performance.
• Tailor generative AI solutions for scalability in real-world applications within industries such as finance, healthcare, or gaming.
• Maintain rigorous code standards through reviews, documentation, and testing pipelines on cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in CS/EE (PhD preferred) with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in PyTorch/TensorFlow/Keras.
• Deep expertise in machine learning principles and generative modeling techniques.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java/C++ alongside version control mastery.
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders effectively.
