About the Role: Senior Generative AI Engineer

AICines INC is seeking a talented Senior Generative AI Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As a leader in AI-driven content creation and monetization, AICines is transforming the media and entertainment industries. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and optimizing advanced AI models for content creation, including natural language processing and image/video generation. This full-time, on-site role involves building and maintaining AI pipelines, collaborating with multimedia production teams, and enhancing the quality of AI-generated content.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize advanced AI models for content creation.
• Build and maintain AI pipelines, including backend development.
• Collaborate with multimedia production teams to integrate AI solutions.
• Improve the quality and scalability of generated content and AI solutions.
• Research and deploy machine learning methodologies to enhance system performance.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning (ML), and Deep Learning frameworks (LLMs, Generative Models, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras).
• 5+ years of experience in AI, Python, and Data Science.
• Experience with Generative AI models such as GANs, Variational Autoencoders (VAEs), and Transformers.
• Strong Python skills; familiarity with R, C++, or Java is a plus.
• Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, language model fine-tuning, and analysis.
• Proven ability in building and deploying pipelines for image generation, video synthesis, or data augmentation.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and containerized services (Docker).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate creative requirements into AI solutions.
• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Passion for FilmTech and the ability to collaborate with diverse creative teams.
• Previous experience in media, entertainment, or related industries is a strong advantage.
