About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Generative AI (GenAI) Engineer to join our dedicated GenAI organization. This role is central to building scalable GenAI and Agentic AI solutions. You will utilize AWS cloud-native services, RAG architectures, and enterprise-grade orchestration workflows. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with Large Language Model (LLM)-based development, agentic frameworks, and AWS Bedrock.

What You Will Do

• Design & Development: Design and develop advanced GenAI solutions, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), single-agent and multi-agent workflows, tool-calling and agent-to-agent orchestration, Text-to-SQL, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), summarization, text generation, and multimodal use cases.
• Build Scalable Services: Construct scalable GenAI services leveraging Amazon Bedrock (mandatory), LangChain, LangGraph, AgentCore, Hugging Face APIs, and AWS cloud services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, and Step Functions.
• Backend Development: Develop robust backend services and pipelines using Python with frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.

What You Will Need

• Experience: 2 to 4 years of overall engineering experience, with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on GenAI project experience.
• Agentic AI: Mandatory experience in Agentic AI, encompassing multi-agent orchestration, tool-calling workflows, and agent reasoning/state management.
• AWS Cloud: Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud, specifically Amazon Bedrock, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and DynamoDB. Experience with Step Functions or event-driven architectures is preferred.
• Practical Skills: Practical experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AgentCore, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Milvus).
• Technical Skills: Strong Python development experience and experience building scalable backend systems and microservices.
