Full Job Description
Role: Generative AI Developer
EY India is seeking a talented Generative AI Developer with 3-8 years of experience for its Bengaluru or Chennai locations (Bengaluru preferred). This role requires a strong background in production-level Generative AI initiatives, preferably beyond pilot or proof-of-concept stages. Key technical requirements include:
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Exposure to Vector Databases (VectorDB)
- Proficiency in LangGraph and LangChain
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience handling both structured and unstructured data
- Recent hands-on GenAI development experience within the last 3 years
- Cloud experience with at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP
Desirable skills and experience include:
- Multi-Agent Orchestration
- Prompt Engineering, particularly within the Controls domain
- AI-Ops experience
- For senior candidates, strong engineering design principles
- Experience with Google Vertex AI and Claude for deployment
