GLOINNT is seeking a talented GenAI Engineer for our Bengaluru office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, developing innovative solutions using Generative AI.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

We are looking for candidates with strong foundational knowledge in AI/ML, proficiency in Python, and hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Vision, ML, or Statistics.

Core Technical Proficiencies:

• Programming: Python (essential), R, Java.
• Mathematics & Statistics: Linear Algebra, Calculus, Probability, Statistics.
• Data Handling: Pandas, NumPy for data manipulation; SQL for database interactions.
• ML/DL Fundamentals: Supervised/Unsupervised Learning, Neural Networks (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
• AI/GenAI Specifics: Generative Models (GANs, VAEs), Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering.
• Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Hugging Face.
• Natural Language Processing (NLP): SpaCy, NLTK, language models.
• MLOps & Deployment: Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD pipelines, Model Monitoring.
• Tools: Git for version control, Matplotlib/Seaborn for data visualization.

Core Concepts & Methodologies:

• Algorithm Design: Creating efficient AI algorithms.
• Data Preprocessing: Cleaning, preparing, and augmenting large datasets.
• Model Training & Optimization: Hyperparameter tuning, cross-validation.
• Software Engineering Practices: Agile/Scrum methodologies, writing clean code, understanding system architecture.

Essential Soft Skills:
