Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize LLM-based applications leveraging frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face, CrewAI, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines utilizing vector databases like Pinecone, Astra DB, and Chroma to enhance retrieval accuracy and user experience.
• Fine-tune leading models, including Llama3 and Mistral, employing advanced techniques like LoRA, Quantization, and PEFT to significantly improve performance and reduce latency.
• Architect and implement agentic AI systems that utilize multi-agent coordination strategies for complex tasks, including automated content generation and evaluation.
• Apply sophisticated prompt engineering techniques to personalize user interactions and create engaging conversational AI experiences.
• Deploy scalable AI systems using modern web frameworks like FastAPI/Flask, containerization with Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock, EC2, S3).
• Collaborate closely with data science and product teams to transform innovative concepts into production-ready, high-impact solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Generative AI or LLM Development.
• Proficiency in Python programming and SQL for data manipulation and application development.
• A strong theoretical and practical background in LLM fine-tuning, Prompt Engineering, and NLP evaluation techniques (e.g., ROUGE, BLEU, TF-IDF).
• Hands-on experience with web frameworks like FastAPI/Flask, databases including MySQL and MongoDB, and major cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Practical experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow and Weights & Biases, along with CI/CD pipelines and containerization using Docker.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
