GenAI Developer

We are seeking a skilled Generative AI Engineer to join our professional services firm, which operates at the intersection of HR technology and enterprise AI. This on-site role in Bengaluru, India, focuses on building and deploying production-grade Generative AI solutions for recruitment workflows, knowledge management, and employee-facing automation. Responsibilities include architecting and implementing LLM-powered solutions (prompt design, fine-tuning, RAG), building production Python services with LLM integrations, designing and optimizing retrieval pipelines, productionizing model training and deployment, and collaborating with product and data teams. Key skills include Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, and Docker. Experience with Kubernetes and Pinecone is preferred.
