About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the end-to-end development and implementation of Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) projects, ensuring solutions align with business objectives. This role involves designing, building, and deploying Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Points of View (POVs) to showcase the impact and potential of Generative AI across various industry verticals.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineering, software development, and business stakeholders, to integrate AI/ML solutions into cloud environments, with a primary focus on Azure. Responsibilities include overseeing the deployment, scaling, and optimization of deep learning-based AI applications in production environments.

Key aspects of this position include providing guidance on best practices for model training, evaluation, and deployment, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and compliance with enterprise standards. You will also mentor team members and foster knowledge sharing to build internal capabilities in Generative AI and LLM technologies. Staying updated with the latest research, frameworks, and tools in AI/ML is crucial for bringing innovative solutions to business challenges.
