The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen in Generative AI, hands-on development experience, and proven leadership capabilities to guide a team effectively. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team in creating, implementing, and optimizing Generative AI solutions.
• Provide technical direction, resolve complex challenges, and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Spearhead prompt engineering strategies for optimal Generative AI model outputs.
• Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and thorough documentation.
• Conduct technical reviews of code, models, and pipelines to ensure high quality and adherence to best practices.
• Implement robust testing and validation methodologies for Generative AI models.
• Collaborate with DevOps and deployment teams for seamless production model deployment and performance monitoring.
• Optimize development workflows for enhanced productivity and efficiency.
• Interface with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date technical documentation.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience: More than 5 years of IT industry experience, with 2-3 years specifically in AI/ML/DS domains, including Generative AI technologies.
• Generative AI Expertise: Deep understanding of techniques like GANs, VAEs, and their application in image and text generation. Proficiency in prompt engineering, Langchain, Semantic Kernels, and Function calling. Experience with API-based and open-source LLM solutions.
• Technical Proficiency: Machine learning algorithms (Linear/Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forests, SVMs, Neural Networks), data science tools (NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, TensorFlow, Keras), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), NLP (Transformer models, attention mechanisms, word embeddings), Computer Vision (CNNs, RNNs, object detection), Robotics (Reinforcement learning), and Data Ethics (bias, fairness).
• Responsible AI: Proficient knowledge of Responsible AI and Data Privacy principles, ensuring ethical data handling, transparency, bias mitigation, and trust in data-driven initiatives.
• LLM Pipeline Creation: Strong experience in designing and implementing efficient, scalable data pipelines for preprocessing, feature extraction, and model integration.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers, providing technical direction and inspiring innovation.

Secondary Skills:

• Software Development practices, version control (Git), collaborative coding, and agile methodologies.
• Testing and Deployment experience for AI models (unit, integration, validation) and production deployment.
• Workflow Optimization techniques and CI/CD principles.
