GEN AI Engineer

Blend360 is seeking a highly skilled GEN AI Engineer with extensive experience in designing and implementing scalable AI solutions. This senior role involves joining a dynamic cross-functional team dedicated to advanced projects, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic frameworks, and comprehensive MLOps pipelines.

You will be instrumental in developing cutting-edge AI applications using tools such as LangChain, CrewAI, and Google ADK. Your responsibilities will include applying sophisticated prompt engineering techniques, ensuring robust performance monitoring and tracing, and collaborating with engineering teams to integrate AI systems with overall development objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI solutions.
• Implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and fine-tuning methodologies.
• Utilizing and integrating AI frameworks like LangChain.
• Applying advanced prompt engineering for complex LLM-based problem-solving.
• Building and managing agentic frameworks such as CrewAI and Google ADK.
• Adhering to MLOps best practices for efficient AI development workflows.
• Monitoring and tracing the performance of AI applications.
• Collaborating across teams to align AI initiatives with traditional ML and AI strategies.
• Engaging in end-to-end software engineering for scalable solutions.
• Leveraging experience with cloud AI services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).
• Demonstrating a strong understanding of machine learning and traditional AI concepts.
• Applying MLOps tools and practices, including model deployment and monitoring.
• Possessing solid programming proficiency in Python or similar languages.
• Exhibiting excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative work ethic.

This position requires 4+ years of experience in AI solution design, development, and deployment. Candidates should have hands-on experience with cloud AI services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), a deep understanding of machine learning and traditional AI concepts, and practical experience with MLOps tools and practices. Strong Python programming skills and excellent problem-solving capabilities within a collaborative setting are essential.
