Gen Ai Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Generative AI Engineer to join our team in Pune, India. In this permanent role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge generative AI applications. You will leverage your expertise in Python, cloud ecosystems, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to build innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement generative AI applications using Python and cloud AI/ML services.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical specifications for GenAI solutions.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI, LLMs, and related technologies.
• Develop and integrate APIs and services for seamless interaction between GenAI models and existing systems.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and promote best practices.
• Document technical designs, processes, and model specifications.

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 10 years of professional software development experience.
• High proficiency in Python and its relevant libraries.
• Strong hands-on experience with any cloud ecosystem (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks and implementations.
• Familiarity with Lang-Chain or similar frameworks.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Desirable Skills and Experience

• Familiarity with Lang Graph, LangSmith, and/or relevant frameworks.
• Exposure to Agentic/Multi-Agent systems.
• Knowledge of Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions/Cloud Run, Cloud Logging/Monitoring.
