Generative AI Engineer - Iris Software - Noida
Join Iris Software in Noida as a Generative AI Engineer. This role focuses on the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge Generative AI applications. You will leverage your expertise in Python and cloud technologies to build and enhance AI-powered solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Generative AI Design & Development
Contribute to the design and implementation of GenAI-powered applications. Translate functional requirements into efficient Python services. Work with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI tools, and custom agents. Participate in Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and exploratory work for new GenAI capabilities.
Python & Cloud Implementation
Build and enhance Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using embeddings, vector databases, and sophisticated chunking strategies. Implement basic agentic workflows under the guidance of senior team members. Work with various vector search systems including PGVector and FAISS. Implement effective indexing, metadata tagging, and retrieval optimizations. Exposure to MCP or tool-integration frameworks is considered an advantage.
Collaboration & Best Practices
Actively participate in code reviews, design discussions, and contribute to technical documentation. Adhere to best practices in coding standards, testing methodologies, and DevOps principles. Collaborate effectively with the engineering team.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on proficiency in Python, including Flask, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous programming.
- Practical experience developing Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
- Good understanding of RAG systems, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Exposure to agentic frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, ReAct, OpenAI Assistants, or custom agents.
- Familiarity with AWS Cloud services including ECS, S3, API Gateway, IAM, and Bedrock.
- Experience with API development, microservices architecture, and containerization technologies.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and GitLab/GitHub Actions.
