Full Job Description
Blend360 is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our growing team and contribute to advanced AI solutions. This role involves designing and deploying scalable AI systems, focusing on cutting-edge projects such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic frameworks, and end-to-end MLOps workflows.
You will be instrumental in developing AI applications using tools like LangChain, CrewAI, and Google ADK. This includes applying sophisticated prompt engineering techniques and implementing robust monitoring and performance tracing. Collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams will be key to integrating innovative AI systems with broader development objectives.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and fine-tuning techniques.
- Utilize and integrate AI frameworks such as LangChain.
- Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques for complex LLM challenges.
- Build and manage agentic frameworks including CrewAI and Google ADK.
- Implement MLOps best practices for efficient AI development workflows.
- Monitor and trace the performance of AI applications.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment with traditional ML and AI methodologies.
- Engage in end-to-end software engineering for scalable solutions.
- Leverage experience with cloud AI services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of machine learning and traditional AI concepts.
- Apply MLOps tools and practices for model deployment and monitoring.
- Utilize strong programming skills in Python or equivalent languages.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative work ethic.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions.
- Proficiency in cloud AI services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).
- In-depth understanding of machine learning and traditional AI concepts.
- Experience with MLOps tools and practices, including model deployment and monitoring.
- Solid programming skills in Python or other relevant languages.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and experience in collaborative environments.
