Full Job Description
Generative AI Engineer - Associate
Iris Software is seeking a Generative AI Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Noida. This role focuses on the design and development of scalable AI solutions, leveraging expertise in Python, AWS Cloud, and Generative AI technologies. You will collaborate closely with senior architects and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Generative AI Development
- Code and implement GenAI-powered applications.
- Translate functional requirements into efficient Python services.
- Utilize LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI tools, and custom agents.
- Participate in Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and exploratory work for new GenAI capabilities.
Python & Cloud Integration
- Build and enhance Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using embeddings, vector databases, and chunking strategies.
- Implement basic Agentic workflows under senior guidance.
- Work with vector search systems including PGVector and FAISS.
- Implement indexing, metadata tagging, and retrieval optimizations.
- Exposure to MCP / tool-integration frameworks is a plus.
Professional Skills
- Participate actively in code reviews, design discussions, and documentation efforts.
- Adhere to best practices in coding standards, testing, and DevOps.
- Collaborate effectively within the team.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on proficiency in Python (Flask, REST, async programming).
- Practical experience with Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
- 6-12 months of good understanding of RAG systems, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Experience using AWS Bedrock models.
- Exposure to Agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, ReAct, OpenAI Assistants, or custom agents).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), including services like ECS, S3, API Gateway, IAM, and Bedrock.
- Experience with API development, microservices, and containerization using tools like Docker.
- Hands-on knowledge of GitHub Actions and policies.
- Knowledge of SSO integration.
