We are looking for an experienced Manager, with up to 14 years in the field, to lead the technology aspects of M&A deals. This role is crucial for managing IT separation initiatives, including Data/Data Centre Migration and System Integration, with a strong emphasis on Data Centre and Cloud technologies. You will be responsible for the end-to-end technology management of M&A transactions, guiding your team with expert technical knowledge and ensuring successful IT separation execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete technology lifecycle of M&A deals, with a focus on IT separation projects involving Data Centre and Cloud Infrastructure, ensuring seamless migration and integration.
• Partner with clients to define their IT separation needs and develop bespoke strategies that align with their business objectives throughout the M&A process.
• Act as a central technical advisor, mentoring the team involved in separation activities with your comprehensive knowledge of Data Centre and Cloud technologies.
• Oversee technical teams to guarantee the timely and budget-conscious completion of separation projects, prioritizing client satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in IT separation, cloud computing, and M&A best practices to enhance service delivery and inform strategic decisions.
• Contribute technical expertise to proposals and actively participate in client discussions to support business development for M&A technology services.

Qualifications:

• Up to 14 years of experience in IT, specifically in managing the technology facets of M&A, IT separation, and Data Centre/Cloud Infrastructure.
• Demonstrated success in managing IT separation projects within M&A transactions, with a proven record of effective implementation and operation.
• Excellent communication and client engagement abilities, capable of translating complex technical needs into actionable separation strategies.
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline. Certifications in IT separation, cloud technologies, or M&A processes are highly advantageous.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in utilizing data migration and system integration tools to optimize separation processes in M&A scenarios.
• Deep understanding of security protocols and compliance standards pertinent to IT separation within M&A contexts.
