Garduate Engineer Trainee

Position Overview: We are seeking a Graduate Engineer Trainee (Data Analyst) to join our Bengaluru-based team. This role is ideal for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related engineering disciplines. You will work with data platforms, reporting, analytics, and enterprise solutions while building expertise across the data lifecycle—from collection to governance. The position emphasizes hands-on experience in SQL, Python, data pipelines, and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Mandatory Skills: Strong understanding of databases, SQL, and data modeling; foundational programming in Python or SQL; proficiency in data analysis, cleansing, and validation; and problem-solving with structured analytical thinking.

Desired Skills: Exposure to ETL/ELT concepts, APIs, and cloud-based data platforms; basic awareness of AI/ML fundamentals; and experience with data visualization tools.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; foundational knowledge in databases, SQL, and analytics; effective communication skills; and a growth mindset. No prior professional experience is required; academic projects or certifications in data/analytics are a plus.
