About the Role

We are seeking a creative Game Designer to join our team in Chennai. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, implementing, and maintaining gameplay systems that achieve fulfilling flow states and addictive game loops while optimizing risk/reward balance.

• Create engaging narratives by developing storylines, character back-stories, and dialogue through detailed scripts and storyboards.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation including design outlines, diagrams, and visual mockups detailing gameplay triggers and interactions.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to optimize player interfaces for the best user experience in games based in Chennai.
• Work cross-functionally with leads and developers to execute planned features effectively.
• Model and tune complex game economies, including currency systems, progression paths, sinks, and faucets.
• Analyze evolving game dynamics and emerging player behavior trends championed by insights that improve overall design effectiveness.
• Design creatively challenging levels ensuring a top-tier gaming experience for our projects in the entertainment industry.
