Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Game Developer [UNITY] with deep technical expertise and strong game engineering skills to join our team. You will develop innovative, immersive, and scalable gaming experiences using Unity, focusing on gameplay systems architecture, competitive mechanics, ranking logic, and blockchain integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Gameplay Engineering: Architect modular systems in C# for combat, PvP interactions, player attributes, and strategic decision-making. Ensure server-authoritative consistency and data-driven balancing.
• Progression Systems: Design multi-tier league structures, ranking algorithms, reward distributions, and seasonal progression models to drive long-term retention.
• Unity Development: Implement responsive UI/UX, VFX, animations, and optimize rendering/memory usage for mobile platforms using Unity 6 workflows.
• Backend Integration: Connect clients with REST APIs/WebSockets for match results, leaderboards, and secure validation of competitive outcomes.
• Economy & Blockchain: Integrate blockchain features for digital assets while maintaining performance and anti-cheat integrity.
• Performance & QA: Debug using Unity Profiler, write unit tests, manage CI/CD pipelines, and ensure cross-platform stability (iOS, Android, Web).

Required Skills

• Extensive professional experience with Unity 6/C#, SOLID principles, and game architecture.
• Proven track record of shipping mobile games in early-stage startups or production environments.
• Strong understanding of competitive ranking systems, server-authoritative logic, and network reliability.
