About The Role

Join Data Eminence as a remote Game Developer and help design, develop, and optimize engaging interactive gaming experiences. You'll work on gameplay systems, game mechanics, user interactions, performance optimization, and debugging. This role is ideal for entry-level candidates with strong programming fundamentals, creativity, and an interest in game development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience encouraged.
• Solid understanding of programming fundamentals (C#, C++).
• Experience with game engines like Unity, Unreal Engine, or Godot essential.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git highly valued.

Responsibilities

You will develop gameplay mechanics, write clean code using popular game engines, implement player controls and animations, integrate 2D/3D assets, collaborate with designers/artists, work on physics/collision detection, debug issues, implement UI elements, optimize performance, conduct testing, document implementations, support releases, stay updated with trends, and enhance your skill set.
