About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Game Designer to join our team and work on the design of a new cross-platform multiplayer strategy game for Web, Android, and iOS. The game is based on an existing physical financial strategy board game and is being transformed into an immersive digital experience involving stock trading, portfolio management, market events, strategy, multiplayer competition, and interactive game mechanics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design the complete game flow, rules, mechanics, and player experience.
• Convert existing physical board-game mechanics into an engaging digital game.
• Design multiplayer game sessions, player actions, turns, events, rewards, scoring, and progression.
• Design card-based mechanics, market events, trading mechanics, portfolio systems, and game economy.
• Create and maintain a detailed Game Design Document (GDD).
• Define game states, player journeys, interaction flows, edge cases, and system behaviour.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a gaming company.
• Strong understanding of game mechanics, systems design, game balancing, player psychology, and game economy.
• Experience designing strategy games, board games, card games, simulation games, multiplayer games, or similar system-driven games.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Unity, Unreal Engine, Godot, Figma, multiplayer architecture, analytics, live-game systems, or web-based games will be an advantage. Experience with financial, trading, simulation, tycoon, economy, or educational games would also be beneficial.
