FX/Futures Trader

FX or Futures Trader – Proprietary Trading Chicago | Full-Time | On-Site

Fionics, a major Chicago-based proprietary trading firm, is hiring for a full-time FX or futures trader. This role involves trading the firm's own capital across global derivatives, futures, FX, equities, and commodities using proprietary technology. Candidates will have full P&L ownership with strong risk management frameworks and access to global markets with deep liquidity.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of trading experience in FX or futures at a proprietary firm, market maker, or bank desk
• A Calmar ratio of 4+ or equivalent risk-adjusted track record
• A deep understanding of market microstructure and execution
• Disciplined risk management and drawdown control
