Full Stack UI/UX Developer Role:

Vega IntelliSoft Private Limited is seeking a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on UI/UX for their Chennai location. This role involves the complete lifecycle of web application development, from design and front-end implementation to back-end logic and API integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic web applications, encompassing both front-end and back-end components.
• Construct and integrate RESTful APIs, along with connecting to third-party services.
• Develop robust server-side logic utilizing technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Manage and design both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and performance optimization of applications.
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms.
• Create visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts.
• Implement precise, pixel-perfect designs using modern UI frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Uphold brand consistency and maintain design systems.
• Conduct user research and perform usability testing to gather insights.
• Define user journeys, create user personas, and establish information architecture.
• Optimize user workflows and minimize friction in digital experiences.
• Analyze user behavior and iterate on designs based on feedback and data.

Required Skills and Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years in IT, with at least 2 years of dedicated full-stack development experience, including UI/UX responsibilities.
• Proficiency with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience in back-end development (Node.js, Python, Java, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud environments, scripting languages (Python, JavaScript), API development, and automation.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Hands-on experience with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Proven ability to create user personas and user journeys.
• Strong wireframing and prototyping skills.
• Capacity to enhance user workflows based on feedback.
• Demonstrated experience in a continuous integration (CI) driven environment, with a commitment to progressive thinking and continuous improvement.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
• React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• UI libraries such as Bootstrap, Material UI, or Tailwind CSS.
• Node.js / Express.
• Python (Django/Flask) or Java (Spring Boot).
• RESTful API development.
• Authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth).
• Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Wireframing and Prototyping tools.
• User testing tools.
• Database experience with MySQL / PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

Desirable Technical Skills:

• Git and version control systems.
• CI/CD pipelines.
• Basic DevOps knowledge.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
