Fullstack Engineer — AI and Industrial Automation

Location: Bengaluru (In-office), with some Work From Home flexibility.
Salary: ₹8-10 LPA

About the Role

We are seeking a Fullstack Developer with a builder mindset (0 → 1) to design, prototype, and ship software solutions for our aircraft parts manufacturing facility. You will work closely with Sales, Manufacturing, and Purchase teams to identify pain points and develop features that drive operational efficiency.

• Work Environment: Based at the Ankit group office in Jayanagar (some WFH possible), with regular factory visits to Jigani Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

• Feature Discovery: Collaborate cross-functionally to understand business needs and define product requirements.
• Prioritization & Strategy: Make data-driven decisions on what to build, focusing on high-impact vs. low-effort initiatives (avoiding vanity projects).
• Prototyping with AI: Rapidly prototype solutions using advanced AI coding agents like Claude.
• User Adoption: Ensure successful deployment by providing training, documentation, and gathering user feedback.
• Integrations: Develop seamless integrations within existing tech stacks using tools such as n8n.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in Product / Engineering / Builder roles with a strong ability to build and ship products from scratch.
• Demonstrated proficiency with AI coding tools (e.g., Claude), having built at least 1-2 products using them.
• Capability to manage context switching effectively while juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Interest in manufacturing or industrial processes is a plus, though not strictly required.
