Full Stack Developer (3+ Years) - Mumbai

Unifynd Technologies is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with over 3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic tech team. This role offers the opportunity to build and maintain scalable backend services and user-facing web applications. You will collaborate closely with our DevOps team for infrastructure and deployment, thriving in an agile, product-driven environment where you can own features end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

Backend Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Write clean, efficient, and secure backend code using Node.js.
• Build and integrate backend services and microservices with robust error handling.
• Implement authentication, authorization, data validation, and core business logic.
• Optimize backend systems for peak performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Frontend Development

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-quality user interfaces using React or Vue.js.
• Seamlessly integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure intuitive and consistent user experiences.
• Optimize frontend performance and guarantee cross-browser compatibility.
• Contribute to frontend architecture, reusable components, and effective state management.

Database Management

• Design and manage both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.
• Write and optimize queries, indexes, and data models for efficiency.
• Ensure data integrity and performance in conjunction with backend services.

Collaboration & Production Support

• Work effectively with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth feature delivery.
• Support deployments and production releases in coordination with the DevOps team.
• Troubleshoot application-level production issues and actively participate in root cause analysis.
• Engage in code reviews and promote best practices within the team.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js for backend development.
• Solid experience with either React or Vue.js for frontend development.
• Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS preferred) from an application perspective.
• Comfortable working with Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, system architecture, and security fundamentals.

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (In-person work required in Lower Parel/Curry Road, 5 days a week)

Salary: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
