Fullstack Developer

We are looking for a Full-stack Developer to join our team and spearhead development across Mobile, Web, and Backend. You will have a direct impact on customer experience by designing and implementing new features in our product, working as part of a high-energy engineering function.

As part of your day-to-day work:

• Spec, build, test, and deliver new features while improving performance and quality.
• Review code for others and provide constructive feedback to improve standards.
• Solve complex user journey problems effectively.
• Optimize NodeJS/SQL code to ensure systems remain performant at scale.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to enhance Consumer and Enterprise Products.
• Document development phases and monitor system health.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (though quick learners may be considered regardless).
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, Node.js & React.js with comfort in Async/Await/Promises/Callbacks and Event Loop mechanics.
• Able to identify coding anti-patterns and apply best practices for speed vs. quality balance.
• Strong eye for design detail along with a sense for scaling features.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) using NodeJS.
• Ability to understand complex problems and break them down into smaller, manageable tasks.
