About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Fullstack Developer with Java and Angular expertise to join our team in Pune and Thiruvananthapuram. This permanent position offers an opportunity to contribute to the development and support of enterprise-scale applications within a leading global financial services organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Support and Enhancement: Analyze requirements, seek clarifications, contribute to acceptance criteria, estimate effort, and commit to delivery. Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, aiming for root-cause elimination to provide optimal customer support. Develop technical solutions for enhancement requests and improve/support existing operations. Collaborate with business partners to meet client needs.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies. Continuously enhance processes, tools, and systems for improved efficiency and performance. Drive innovation and the adoption of new technologies.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve infrastructure issues. Conduct root cause analysis, implement necessary fixes, and ensure system stability and performance.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document infrastructure designs, configurations, and technical specifications. Create and maintain integration knowledge repositories for guidance and support.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a full-stack software engineer developing enterprise-scale applications.
- Proficiency in Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.
- Experience with Frontend Technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience developing web services using HTTP REST/JSON.
- Experience in Scripting for Adobe Analytics is a significant advantage.
- Knowledge of Git, containerization (Docker), and orchestration.
- Understanding of database management and optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and system administration.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to solicit and formalize requirements and engage with end-users/customers.
- Adaptability to work in a semi-structured environment with dynamic requirements and priorities.
- Solid understanding of database concepts.
