Full Stack Developer Position in Gurugram

KC Global Edutech Private Limited, a prominent player in the Edtech industry, is actively seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer for our Gurugram office. This is a full-time, work-from-office role located in Sector-54, Golf Course Road, Gurugram.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in both front-end and back-end development, with a strong understanding of mobile and web technologies. A proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize mobile applications using React Native for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Build and enhance web applications using ReactJS, ensuring seamless integration with backend services.
• Design and implement robust RESTful APIs and ensure efficient backend development using Django.
• Lead and mentor the development team, conducting code reviews and providing guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and meet client requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to enhance application performance and reliability.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and integrate them into the development process as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Expert proficiency in React Native, ReactJS, mobile development (Android & iOS), web development, REST APIs, and Django for backend development.
• Demonstrated experience in managing teams and leading projects effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in work reporting and project documentation.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a keen desire to learn and apply new technologies.

Additional Information

• This is a full-time, office-based position.
• Candidates must be residents of Gurugram.
• Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday-Friday in office, Saturday work from home).
• Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
