Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Pro Sales Specialist to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding Pro customers to the right products and services for their projects, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include understanding the Pro business landscape, assisting customers with product selection, quoting, and ordering, and leveraging Lowe's Pro Supply and Fulfillment Network for seamless delivery. You'll also be responsible for communicating the benefits of these services, utilizing CRM to build strong customer relationships and drive sales, promoting loyalty programs like MVPs Pro rewards and Pro Credit solutions, and educating customers on stock, special orders, features, applications, and warranties. To enhance store operations and broaden your understanding of customer purchasing habits, you will also receive cross-functional training in other store departments.
