Lowe's Companies, Inc., a premier home improvement retailer, is seeking a dedicated Sales Specialist for our Flooring department in Salt Lake City, UT. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping customers bring their project visions to life by providing expert product knowledge, exceptional consulting services, and personalized assistance. Your goal will be to guide customers through product selection and ensure a seamless transformation from idea to reality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver SMART customer service by proactively engaging customers, understanding their needs, answering inquiries, and highlighting the benefits of Lowe's products and services.
• Act as a primary contact for customers and vendors within the department, offering project estimates, arranging installer visits, managing customer orders and installations, and ensuring timely project completion.
• For roles in the Pro Department, focus on building relationships with external accounts and driving outside sales and services.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to support sales, collaborating with vendors and other stores to source merchandise and replenish stock.
• Conduct price reviews in accordance with pricing policies, ensuring accurate pricing and documentation.
• Provide support across all checkout functions, responding to call buttons, departmental pages, and other customer assistance requests.
• Contribute to team development by providing on-the-job training and coaching to departmental associates on the sales floor.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and company goals.
