Lowe’s Companies, Inc., a leading home improvement retailer in the United States, is seeking a dedicated Sales Associate for its Outside Lawn & Garden department. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers in finding the perfect products, and ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include welcoming customers, answering inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor, guiding customers to merchandise, and replenishing stock. You will also play a key role in processing orders and deliveries accurately, ensuring timely and satisfactory receipt of goods. This position offers opportunities for cross-functional training in various store areas to enhance overall customer service delivery. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing merchandise according to customer specifications, such as tinting paint, cutting pipe and wood, cutting drywall, and cutting blinds. Guiding customers through their shopping journey and checkout process is also a core part of this role, alongside completing any other assigned duties.
