Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a welcoming and professional atmosphere by greeting and assisting every customer encountered.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure the freshest products are prominently displayed within the department.
- Accurately price and label all merchandise according to company standards.
- Leverage product knowledge to offer informed recommendations and enhance the customer's shopping journey.
- Provide exceptional assistance with product requests and special order fulfillment.
- Proactively address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Support the efficient receiving, unloading, and stocking of merchandise.
- Uphold rigorous cleaning standards for equipment and workstations, guaranteeing a safe and sanitary work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations.
