Full stack/Backend engineer

We are seeking a talented Full Stack/Backend Engineer to architect and build the core of the world's first AI Agentic manufacturing operating system. This role offers the opportunity to own features end-to-end, from initial design through deployment and scaling. You will be responsible for architecting scalable, loosely coupled systems that power AI-native workflows, developing robust integrations with third-party systems, and pushing the boundaries of reliability, performance, and automation. We value clean, tested, and secure code, with a continuous improvement mindset. Collaboration with Founders and Senior Engineers in a high-trust environment is key.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a full stack developer, with a backend-heavy focus.
• Backend Skills: 1.5+ years of strong experience in Python, building REST APIs, and microservices-based architectures.
• Frontend Skills: Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (React or Vue) and proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• AI/ML: Practical experience with agentic systems, large language models (LLMs), and AI product development.
• Databases: Solid experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, ELB, AutoScaling, S3, RDS, CloudFront, and SNS.
• DevOps & Infrastructure: Working experience with Linux environments, Apache, CI/CD pipelines, and application monitoring.
• Computer Science Fundamentals: Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, OS concepts, and system design.
• Company Type: Experience in product companies, preferably top-tier product companies, AI-native companies, or B2B SaaS environments.
• Stability: At least 2 years of tenure in each previous company (lesser tenure requires a proper explanation).
• Additional Preference: Candidates who have managed end-to-end product development or worked on significant app development projects during their graduation will be highly regarded.

Work Setup: This role offers a flexible work setup, with opportunities for remote work, and in-office positions in Mumbai and Bangalore.

Preferred Locations: Mumbai, Bangalore.

Preferred Skills: Candidates with strong backend or full-stack experience in alternative languages/frameworks are welcome if their fundamental skills are robust.

Preferred Education: B.Tech from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes.
