About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and technically skilled Full Stack Web Development Faculty / Trainer for our Barakpur location. The ideal candidate will train students in modern web development technologies, fostering their growth as industry-ready professionals.

Freshers with strong technical knowledge, hands-on project experience, and a passion for teaching are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct practical and theory-based classes on full stack web development.
• Teach frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Train students in backend development using Node.js, Express.js, and the MERN stack architecture.
• Instruct on database management systems such as MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
• Mentor students through real-world projects, assignments, coding exercises, and portfolio development to enhance employability.
• Explain complex programming concepts, debugging techniques, API integration patterns, and modern responsive web design practices.
• Create engaging course materials, practical exercises, assessments, and project-based learning activities tailored for student success.
• Evaluate student performance consistently and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in web development tools, frameworks, technologies, and industry best practices.

Required Technical Skills

• Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Responsive Design.
• Backend: Node.js, Express.js, MERN Stack development.
• Databases: MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL.

Additional Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with PHP and Laravel frameworks.
• Experience in WordPress development or customization.
• Basics of Android application development concepts (optional).
• Versatility with Git, GitHub for version control.
• Solid understanding of REST API development and integration principles.
• Fundamental knowledge of deployment processes and hosting environments.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in BCA, MCA, B.Tech, B.Sc. Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• Demonstrated strong fundamentals in web development and programming logic.
• Exceptional ability to explain technical concepts clearly and guide students through practical implementation effectively.
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal abilities.
• A genuine willingness to learn new technologies rapidly within a student-focused training environment.
