Position Overview

Role: Full Stack Developer Intern
Location: Remote (India)
Durability: Up to 6 months
Stipend: Performance-based, up to ₹10,000/month

About the Program

This is not a conventional role; it is an open collaboration initiative designed for aspiring Full Stack Developers. Whether you are self-taught, a boot-camp graduate, currently studying, or transitioning careers, this program offers real-world experience building complete web applications across frontend and backend technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Build Web Applications: Develop responsive interfaces using modern tech stacks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js).
• Backend Development: Construct server-side logic, APIs, and business rules using Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP.
• Database Management: Design schemas, write queries, and manage data with SQL/NoSQL systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• API Integration: Develop RESTful services connecting frontend apps to backend infrastructure.
• Debug & Optimize: Troubleshoot issues to enhance performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate on Code: Utilize Git/GitHub for version control and participate in code reviews.

Who You Are

Passionate about full-stack development with a strong desire to learn. No CS degree required if you have:
- Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Familiarity with frontend or backend concepts.
- Understanding of database principles (SQL/NoSQL).
Bonus: Experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, Python, Django, Java, REST APIs, Git/GitHub.
