Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Web Developer proficient in the Frappe Framework to build, customize, and maintain robust applications. The ideal candidate will leverage Python for server-side logic and JavaScript/ES6+ for clean client-side interfaces within our MVC architecture.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop backend solutions using Python with strong OOP principles.
  • Create responsive frontend components using HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript.
  • Design and manage relational databases (MariaDB/MySQL) efficiently.
  • Custome ERPNext/Frappe modules based on business requirements.
Required Skills:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Frappe Framework or ERPNext customization is mandatory.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and core web development concepts (MVC patterns).
  • Solid foundation in ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, Linux CLI, and Git workflows.
Compensation & Benefits:We offer a competitive salary range of ₹500,000 to ₹800,000 per annum. Additional benefits include leave encashment and provident fund.
Location:Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra (In-person).
