Role Overview

Dibwas Websoft Technologies LLP is urgently hiring Full Stack Web Developers (open to freshers) for a full-time permanent role based in our Dum Dum, Kolkata office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Crafting effective, clean, and scalable codebases using modern frameworks.
• Collaborating with development teams to define and refine application requirements.
• Rigorous testing, debugging, and ensuring high-quality delivery of applications.
• Architecting robust back-end components and integrating user-facing elements via server-side logic.
• Evaluating client feature requests to prioritize product roadmap effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Demonstrable ability to integrate multiple data sources into unified systems.
• Familiarity with industry-standard testing tools and methodologies.
• A proactive self-learning attitude to stay updated with evolving technologies.
• Strong collaboration skills for working effectively in a team environment.

Mandatory Requirement:

Candidates must provide a valid GitHub link showcasing their projects during the application process. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not strictly mandatory if portfolio strength compensates.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: ₹14,000 - ₹26,000 per month
• Benefits: Provident Fund coverage available.
