About the Role

This is a builder's role, not a maintenance position. We are seeking an innovative individual to design, develop, deploy, and strategically grow two web platforms from the ground up. You will be instrumental in managing these platforms as dynamic engines for SEO and lead generation. The role demands ownership of the entire digital stack, encompassing everything from initial Figma wireframes and Next.js code development to Sanity CMS content schema design and Cloudflare edge deployment. Your responsibilities will span optimizing course catalogue SEO and implementing programmatic content at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website Design (UI/UX – Figma): Create wireframes, visual designs, component libraries, and responsive mobile-first layouts in Figma. Uphold and evolve the SPS and TRGO brand systems (typography, color, spacing, icons, motion). Conduct UX reviews and A/B testing to enhance conversion rates for course inquiries and enrollments. Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect Next.js components.
  • Next.js Development: Build and maintain both solomonpeoplesolution.com and TRGO using Next.js 14+ (App Router, Server Components, SSG/ISR). Develop reusable, type-safe component libraries in TypeScript and Tailwind CSS. Implement SSR and SSG to achieve Lighthouse scores of 95+. Integrate Sanity CMS content using GROQ queries and the Sanity client SDK. Create programmatic SEO page templates for course catalogues, locations, trainer profiles, and comparisons. Integrate third-party APIs for enquiry forms, CRMs (HubSpot or equivalent), live chat, and email marketing.
  • Sanity CMS – Content Architecture: Design and build Sanity schemas for all content types (Courses, Trainers, Locations, Testimonials, Blog Posts, Case Studies). Develop a Sanity Studio experience enabling non-technical staff to manage content independently. Configure live preview, scheduled publishing, and content workflows. Build and maintain the course catalogue data model as the foundation for programmatic SEO.
  • Cloudflare Deployment & Hosting: Deploy and manage both sites on Cloudflare Workers/Pages, eliminating traditional hosting costs. Configure DNS, SSL, WAF rules, DDoS protection, and edge caching. Monitor uptime, Core Web Vitals, and error rates via Cloudflare Analytics and Google Search Console. Implement ISR cache invalidation for content updates.
  • SEO – Programmatic, Catalogue & Content: Own the end-to-end SEO strategy, including technical, on-page, and content SEO. Scale the programmatic SEO system to auto-generate landing pages for course/location/category combinations. Implement JSON-LD structured data (Course, FAQ, Event, Organisation schemas). Configure and monitor Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and Screaming Frog. Publish SEO-optimized blog articles (2 per week) targeting relevant keywords. Build internal linking architecture. Optimize for AI search visibility.
  • TRGO – New Platform Build: Lead the design and development of TRGO, a training discovery and comparison platform. Architect the data model, search/filter system, and course aggregation engine. Implement programmatic SEO at scale for TRGO. Plan and execute the TRGO go-to-market digital launch.
  • Analytics, Growth & Reporting: Set up Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking. Produce monthly reports on organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates. Run CRO tests to improve lead quality. Monitor and respond to Google algorithm updates.
