About AI Best Practices (AIBP)
AI Best Practices is an advanced knowledge platform designed to help enterprises benchmark and improve their application of AI across value chains. It combines a content-rich Wiki with Librarian—an AI-driven backend that curates, scores, and surfaces relevant tools and use cases—serving C-suite and VP-level decision-makers.
The Role
We are seeking a Full-Stack Tech Lead to own the architecture, delivery, and release of our fast-moving AI-native product portfolio (Wiki, Librarian). You will turn roadmaps into shipped software using Linear as your single source of truth for ticketing and planning.
Your Workflow
You will use Claude Code and Claude.ai daily for coding, drafting tickets, and reporting. Your responsibilities include:
- Own architecture: Data models, auth/access control, API design, and deployment strategies.
- Ship full-stack features end-to-end using modern frameworks like Next.js (App Router) with TypeScript/React.
- Manage Linear workflows: Break initiatives into agent-ready tickets, sequence work against timelines, and ensure accurate status tracking.
- Own the release process: CI/CD gating, migration safety verification, rollback planning, and concise stakeholder reporting.
Tech Stack
TypeScript, React, Next.js (App Router), Prisma/Drizzle ORM, Linear, Playwright for E2E testing, AWS/Azure/GCP, Cloudflare Workers/D1/R2. Strong experience with agentic coding tools and MCP integrations is essential.
