Full Stack Software Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Software Engineer (Assistant Vice President) to contribute to Citi's Digital S/W Engineering team. This senior role involves applying deep disciplinary knowledge to develop new techniques and improve processes within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Sprint Delivery: Write code, pair with developers, decompose acceptance criteria, and deliver sprint goals on the full stack (React.js/Java).
• Architecture & Design: Contribute to enterprise application design using modern cloud-based patterns, Microservices, Event-Driven Services, REST, and GraphQL.
• AI Integration: Leverage AI tools like GitHub Copilot for efficiency; maintain awareness of the evolving AI landscape to propose innovative product features.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization: Conduct root cause analysis on complex coding issues, optimize Docker/Kubernetes orchestration, and streamline redundant business processes.

Technical Requirements

You will need 5+ years of experience specializing in JavaScript (React), Java frameworks (Spring Boot/Oracle/MongoDB), and SQL. Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/OpenShift), AWS cloud environments, Agile methodologies (JIRA), and automated testing is essential.
