Your Mission

We are seeking a mid-level full-stack software engineer with strong backend skills to independently deliver work across the entire lifecycle—from design and implementation through testing, deployment, and production support.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, test, deploy, and operate core platform features.
• Contribute to APIs, data models (MySQL/PostgreSQL), caching (Redis), background processing, and user-facing tools using PHP/Symfony, Golang, Node.js, React, and Redux.
• Solve complex technical challenges in AWS cloud environments with Terraform infrastructure as code.
• Improve service architecture, production reliability, observability (Datadog/Grafana), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate deeply with product, design, and engineering partners to deliver high-impact solutions for vulnerable populations.
